We hope you love your purchase from innest.uk, but if not, we’re here to help.
Right to Cancel
If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK and EU consumer laws.
To initiate a return, email orders@innest.uk with your order number and reason for return. You will then receive return instructions.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in re-sellable condition
- In original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
We may deduct from your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it (as permitted by consumer law).
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email orders@innest.uk within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue.
We will offer a full refund, repair, or replacement at no cost to you, including any necessary return postage.
